An exploration in tone, texture, and groove, How Many Miles is renowned Singer-Songwriter-Producer, and Grammy Award Winning Guitar Player, Bo Ramsey’s latest musical offering in the form of a lush and experimental EP. Weaving together haunting instrumentals with moving new versions of a handful of Ramsey’s best loved songs, How Many Miles features stirring performances from an impressive list of musicians including Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits), JT Bates (Big Red Machine, Bonny Light Horseman, Taylor Swift) and the late Billy Conway (Morphine). Recorded in Minneapolis and mixed by esteemed engineer and producer, BJ Burton, How Many Miles is concise - but expansive, as Ramsey’s songs and sounds hover masterfully between dark and light reminding us that less really can be more, and that the more you listen the more you hear.

i love eilen jewell. just listened to the entire album, get behind the wheel, now going back and listening to and savoring individual tracks. her music has an indescribable beauty. it's real, honest, sweet, powerful, touching, universal. it's a special artist that can do all that and leave you coming back for more. tikibarjim
This is classic blues...sounds like a bunch of serious musicians sitting around and just having fun.
It's just beautiful. If you love blues or are dabbling with guitar, this is great fun. Jfah

Just turned on to Margo and I'm really glad I did. Valley of Heart's Delight is a solid recording from top to bottom. The songwriting is sophisticated and Ciker's voice is something to behold. Beggar for Your Love is my favorite cut so far, and the lyric "You can get a good line to hold up a song if the rhyme's right," although simple, is damn close to perfect. Looking forward to seeing her and her band live real soon. sutebensan
